How to create pages with the post function
Configuring your Jira workflow to create a Confluence page on transitioning an issue. This feature is available with version 1.6.
Step-by-step
Step | Procedure |

1 | Select a Jira workflow to edit: Admin (cogwheel) → Issues → Workflows → Select a workflow and click Edit. |
2 | Switch to the Diagram view. Select the transition you wish to edit and click on Post functions in the popup window. |
3 | Click on Add post function. Select Issue to Page - Create Page Post Function from the list on the Add Post Function to Transition screen. Click Add. |
4 | Finalize the post function configuration by selecting the page content and target options for your page in the upcoming dialog (see mockup). Page configuration ID's can be found in the backend configuration of the Issue to Page add-on. |
5 | Click on Publish to save your changes to the workflow. |
