How to edit or delete log entries
Just like regular log entries in Jira, it.JCATS logs can be updated or deleted. Any changes are propagated towards SAP.
Editing a log entry
If you have been granted the Edit Own Work Logs permission, you can edit your work entries.
For other logs, you need the Edit All Work Logs permission.
Step | Procedure | Example | Description |

1 | Switch to the Work log tab in the lower section of the issue. | ||

Deleting an entry
Delete Own Work Logs or Delete All Work Logs permissions are required to delete respective log entries.

3 | Verify that the it.JCATS dialog appears as indicated by the name of the app in the title. Choose the appropriate option for the Remaining Estimate and click Delete.
