Requirements, Installation & Setup

There are certain requirements to meet when trying to install this Makro for Confluence.

Please make sure that you meet the requirements listed before continuing.

Installation Requirements

Confluence 5.0 and above
The inline tasks plugin within Confluence needs to be activated (should be activated by default) - how can I check that?
You do NOT need to have a running JIRA to access most features concerning TaskONE.

Confluence installation

Acquire a license of TaskONE from the Atlassian Marketplace
Log in to Confluence with an administrator account
Open the drop down menu administration
Select the last option Manage apps
On the left sidebar select Manage app
Select Upload app
Now either directly upload the taskone-x.x.x.jar into your Confluence instance or enter the URL to this file delivered by Atlassian
Click upload
If you have linked your Confluence with JIRA you're done, if not follow this little guide by Atlassian on how to link them with each other.
Confluence will now upload/transfer all necessary data.
